Our stay at K5 Levi And K5 Villas was well worth the money! The room was spacious with a sauna and a beautiful balcony overlooking the ski slope. The location was convenient, near the town center and the tourist information office. The staff, especially Nanna, were friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home.

The breakfast experience could have been better if there was more variety from day to day, but overall it was still enjoyable.

I was really pleased with the hotel's decoration and general areas. The lobby and common areas were bright and modern, making it very pleasant to spend time there. As a senior woman, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility and ease of navigation. Everything was conveniently located on the ground floor, which was a relief for me and made it easier for me to get around.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the children working there to be more attentive and helpful. It would have been nice if they had offered assistance with carrying luggage or provided more information about the local area and activities.

The family room on 2 floors was ideal. Modern, bright hotel with perfect wifi in room 101. Reindeer spot outside our window. Yummy, wide breakfast choices. Comfortable, spacious room decor and bed made us feel at home. Nice and helpful staff, especially Nanna. Convenient location near supermarket and tourist information centre.

Felt very lucky to have found this hotel, nothing too much trouble.

The beautiful balcony offered a stunning view of the ski slope, and the hotel's location near the center of Levi was very convenient. The breakfast provided was delicious and the staff, especially Nanna, were helpful and friendly. We truly enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer. The spot outside the hotel where you can see the northern lights was a wonderful bonus.

The staff is warm and effective, and the hotel offers complimentary snowshoes and cross-country skis, adding to the experience of exploring the beautiful surroundings. We also enjoyed observing the reindeer in the hotel's backyard. a cosy and atmospheric hotel that offers a great location and amenities for a memorable family holiday.

In my wife's opinion, the hotel could benefit from having more variety in the food options for children. While the buffet was delicious and had plenty for adults, my kids wished there were more kid-friendly choices like pizza or pasta.

Spent New Year's Eve at this hotel and loved it! The breakfast spread was amazing, with a variety of cereals, fruit, croissants, and a fry-up. The sauna and boot dryer in the room were great bonuses, and the view of the slopes was stunning. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the town and ski slopes. And feeding the reindeer in the back yard was a fun activity!

Drink prices at the bar were quite expensive, and it was a hassle having to drag the toboggans up to the room every time due to other guests taking them or not returning them. , the room service came too early in the mornings and it was inconvenient to have to keep telling them to come back later.
